Job Description

The SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute (SDGHI) is an enabling platform for global health activities across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC). The Institute aims to address current and emerging health challenges across ASEAN member states and in other Asian countries. Working in collaboration with partners, SDGHI seeks to tackle prevalent health challenges, strengthen health systems and better insulate countries from pandemics and disease threats.

 

The Asian Institute for Healthcare Leadership & Management (Asian HEAL), led by the SDGHI, is a regional leadership and knowledge platform dedicated to advancing healthcare leadership and management excellence across Asia. Working closely with health systems, academic institutions, and industry partners, Asian HEAL champions an Asia-centric perspective in addressing healthcare challenges – strengthening capabilities, developing a cadre of healthcare leaders, and fostering regional collaboration.

 

Reporting to the Admin & Programme Operations Lead, the Senior Executive of Education Programmes supports the curriculum development, instructional delivery, and marketing communications for Asian HEAL’s Executive Master Programme and Executive Programmes conducted in both English and Mandarin. The incumbent should ideally be comfortable working in a matrixed team and be ready to work in a fast-moving, fast-changing and dynamic environment. The responsibilities of the role are to: 

  • Support the development and refinement of programme curriculum, including preparation of teaching materials, case studies and learning resources
  • Coordinate with faculty on instructional delivery, including session planning, materials collation, and classroom/virtual learning support
  • Support faculty coordination, including preparation of session materials, collation of teaching resources, and tracking of deliverables
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of learning experiences, including case-based and experiential learning approaches
  • Manage marketing communications for programmes, including development of content for newsletters, websites and outreach materials
  • Oversee and manage programme social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement tracking
  • Support the design and production of marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, flyers, Swag items, corporate gifts, presentations), ensuring alignment with branding guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external vendors to support outreach campaigns and programme visibility
  • Support participant communications, including pre-programme materials, announcements and engagement initiatives
  • Support LMS administration, participant tracking, assessment and grading processes, including tracking submissions and maintaining accurate records
  • Support and coordinate assessment and grading processes, including timelines, submissions and collation of grades, ensuring alignment with academic policies and requirements
  • Maintain accurate programme records, curriculum documentation and learning materials repositories
  • Assist in programme evaluation and feedback collection to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Education, Social Sciences or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in academia, executive education, curriculum development or marketing communications
  • Experience supporting curriculum development, instructional delivery or case study development will be advantageous
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging materials
  • Experience in marketing communications, including social media management and development of collaterals (e.g. brochures, newsletters, digital content)
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) and/or content management systems will be an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively with faculty, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across organisations
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage for supporting bilingual programmes
