Job Description

Do you have a unique blend of creative storytelling through visual and written content? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive with a flair for visual and graphic design and a passion for crafting compelling content. Partnering various product development teams, the ideal individual will shape the narrative of digital transformation and bring innovation to life. 

Duties and Responsiblities

  • Ideate, design and create engaging visual assets and impactful content for digital including intranet, microsites, websites and social media and print channels
  • Develop video storyboards, produce and edit video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and corporate videos
  • Plan events for hackathons, product launch and Townhalls and create visuals including eDM, booth designs, posters, way-finder signages and others
  • Collaborate with Project and product team(s) to conceptualise the brand for the product and services and develop related brand assets
  • Plan and execute communications campaigns for university-wide IT initiatives.
  • Craft creative presentations, talking points and briefing materials for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Establish and maintain communication guidelines, templates, and processes to ensure quality, consistency and alignment

 

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, Camtasia and others
  • Writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear, accessible content
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels of the organization
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, corporate communications or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge and use of AI tools to generate images
  • Skills in UI/UX and website design to improve user interaction
