About the Risk Management Institute
Risk Management Institute (RMI) aims to be a world-class centre in risk management through research, education and training, and is striving to become a local, regional and global knowledge and research centre for risk management and related fields.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To assist with the institute through a variety of administrative duties, including organizing and execution of annual workshop and conferences:
- To provide general administrative support to the institute and running of events such as central banker’s workshops and annual conferences, communication with partnering institutes etc.
- Support in planning the visits for RMI’s distinguished and academic visitors.
To assist with RMI’s branding & marketing efforts as well as social media presence:
- Design and create e-flyers for various events and program organized by RMI.
- Maintain RMI’s website with regular updates to keep the webpages up to date.
- Assist in creating relevant LinkedIn posts for the institute’s activities and events and support in curating newsletter content.
To assist in the collaboration with client on training requirements and provide support in planning, organizing and executing of the training Programs (local and overseas):
- Collaborate closely with clients on training requirements to customize local and overseas training program according to their needs.
- Assist in maintaining good relationship with key clients.
- Collate and analyse feedback from clients and market demand information to provide inputs and suggestion on curriculum and trainers.
- Responsible for the delivery of programs – including preparing printing, catering, venue, claims & audit documents, registration, attendance, enrolment and assessment matters and ensuring smooth delivery of finance and administrative matters.
- Managing of examination and administrative matters if needed
- Handling of enquiries and making sure that students’ needs and enquiry are handled with care.
- Assist in preparing training proposal, budget, etc.
- Coordinating course development
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder
- At least 3-5 years of experiences
- Proficiency with MS office applications
- Good communications skills
- Strong attention to details and able to multi-task
- Able to work well independently
- Experiences in social media content management and business development, event management would be preferred
