Job Description
To administer the Master of Science in Building Performance and Sustainability (MSc BPS), a new MSc programme, and the Graduate Certificate Programmes, and ensure the smooth end-to-end execution of all programme administrative functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Support the Deputy Head (Academic), Graduate Programme Director, Deputy Graduate Programme Director on programme-related matters, that include coordinating meetings with external and internal stakeholders, develop presentation slides for meetings, record meeting discussions, collect data and feedback for reporting and review of graduate programmes.
• Manage the end-to-end administration for the graduate programmes that include admissions, interviews, timetabling, course registration, examinations, graduation.
• Liaise with Office of Graduate Programmes and manage the approval process for proposed changes to the curriculum of the graduate programmes.
• Support faculty on teaching, assessment and administrative information related to the graduate programme.
• Monitor and track graduate students’ academic progress, workload and well-being.
• Manage and develop contents for outreach and publicity activities of the graduate programmes including orientation, programme briefings, marketing collaterals, online and social media platforms and events.
• Manage and organize internship attachments and career talks for graduate students with industry partners and agencies.
• Provide administrative support to the Department as assigned.
Job Requirements
• A recognized degree in any discipline, with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Able to multi-task, work independently and a good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and organization skills
• Analytical, meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications and IT-savvy
• Experience with digital marketing tools, design software and content creation will be advantageous.
