Are you passionate about dynamic and fast-moving operations and committed to delivering good customer service?  Join us at NUS-ISS in a pivotal role supporting our operating partners in day-to-day execution of various training programmes, ensuring smooth learner's journey and effective stakeholders mangement.

 

How you’ll make an impact

  • Manage end-to-end administration of training programmes, including registrations, pre-course arrangements, in-class support, and post-course follow-up.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external training partners to ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Monitor course enrolment and attendance, and follow up on registrations, confirmations, and participant communications.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including attendance, assessment results, and course documentation, in compliance with organisational requirements.
  • Support assessment and certification processes, including coordination of test logistics and result processing.
  • Handle participant enquiries and provide timely support to ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting of course data, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Support process improvements and ensure adherence to SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).

What Makes you Shine

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in an education institute.
  • Well-organised with strong monitoring, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Possesses strong communication skills and demonstrates adaptability in embracing change and new responsibilities.
  • Service-oriented, self-driven, resourceful, and a strong team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
