Job Description

The incumbent will support core functions in the MSc degree programmes’ digital marketing and promotional activities, as well as administration at the NUS Business School. The duties and responsibilities are as follows.


Digital Marketing Activities

  • Plan, develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and activities
  • Oversee Paid Per Click (PPC) campaigns, monitor performance and return on investment
  • Plan and provide budgetary control for the Office's digital marketing activities
  • Review new social media and industry platform

 

Direct Marketing Campaigns

  • Manage email marketing campaigns of various NUS MSc programmes
  • Analyse, track and report on current email marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
  • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maximise online marketing opportunities

 

Programme Websites Management

  • Manage and maintain websites of various NUS MSc programmes
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the programmes' websites
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the websites
  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website

 

Content Management and Marketing

  • Act as a brand guardian for online communications
  • Write informative and effective search engine optimised (SEO) copy for the website and external blog postings
  • Generate and manage content for EDMs, social media, student blogs and etc.

 

Research and Reporting

  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Collate and report on performance statistics for all digital communication channels

 

Other roles (e.g. digital photography, social media marketing campaigns, other offline marketing efforts) within the office as designated by the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree from a reputable institution, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced, confident and effective in working within cross-cultural settings
  • Creative and ability to design marketing collaterals and campaigns
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail and keen appreciation of good documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines well
  • Good photography and/or videography skills and editing skills will be an asset
  • Proficient in paid search, SEO and PPC will be an added advantage
  • IT savvy, with good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience in hands-on campaign management (e.g. Google Ad, LinkedIn Marketing, performance marketing) is preferred
