Job Description
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage the operations of campus facilities, including site inspections, meetings, and liaison with contractors.
- Ensure administrative processes in the FMS/CMMS are completed in a timely manner.
- Track and analyse operations data — such as utilities consumption and equipment performance — in support of sustainability initiatives.
- Support the exploration and implementation of projects related to the digitalisation of building operations.
- Assist in planning and managing daily operations as directed by the Reporting Manager, including coordination with vendors and contractors to execute corrective maintenance works.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major equipment failures or recurring maintenance issues to prevent future disruptions.
- Manage A&A, facility renewal, and improvement projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualification
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Estate Management.
Years of Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
- Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management).
- Certified Fire Safety Manager.
- Certified Project Manager.
- Certified Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer or equivalent.
- Knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
