Job Description

The Senior Research Fellow is expected to conduct interviews in multiple locations in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines on local religious practices relating to Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity; develop questionnaires based on these interviews that measure local religious beliefs and practices; administer the questionnaires and measures relating to moral and prosocial actions and motivation across the same countries; analyse data using advanced methods such as structural equation modelling; and publish the findings in Top 10% journals and present them in top conferences.

Qualifications

A Ph.D. in fields related to Psychology, with proven expertise on religion studies and methods, skills in advance statistical methods, and solid track record of publication.
