Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee daily zone and building operations, including the planning and execution of routine, cyclical, and corrective maintenance. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilities Support: Provide technical and administrative support for campus facility management and maintenance works.
- Feedback Management: Attend to and resolve user complaints received via FMS/CMMS, iReport, the Maintenance Hotline, and email.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manage daily campus operations, conduct site inspections, and facilitate meetings between stakeholders and contractors.
- Troubleshooting: Analyse and troubleshoot building operational issues, escalating where necessary.
- Contractor Supervision: Supervise contractors to ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and agreed schedules.
- Procurement: Assist with the procurement of maintenance and facility-related services.
- Operations Support: Support daily operational planning and tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma or ITE Certificate in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or Estate Management.
Years of Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills (preferred)
- Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management) or equivalent certification
- Certified Fire Safety Manager or equivalent
- Certified Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) professional or equivalent
- Knowledge of Building Services and M&E Systems
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
