  1. FASStrack Asia: The Summer School
    The staff is required to assist with detailed tasks for on-site operational activities for approximately 500 students and staff between April and September 2026. 

a) Social Events

    • To be the main person in-charge of all FASStrack social events, i.e. Check-In/Out, Welcome Lunch, Farewell Dinner, Master’s Programmes Talk and etc.

    • Organise the social events in accordance with procurement guidelines and manage its publicity through various platforms (FASStrack Facebook page, publicity emails to participants etc.).

    • Engage student helpers’ assistance with the events and manage their hiring and claims under NUS Student Work Scheme (NSWS).

    • Provide on-site logistical and operational assistance to ensure events run smoothly. Working on occasional Saturdays is required (will be compensated with time-off after summer programme is over).

b) Administrative Support 

    • Reply students’ emails, process applications and monitor class enrolment.

    • Send offer emails to students and work with Office of the University Registrar’s (OUR) colleagues to ensure NG students submit their applications with the necessary documents on time.

    • Assist in course allocation for NG students and prepare class lists for respective lecturers and department admin colleagues.

    • Collate required info for various units such as OUR (NG students’ matriculation), UTMO (UTown venue bookings), CEU (accommodation details), Dean’s Office & departments (courses and lecturers’ details) and etc.

    • Create feedback form for students and consolidate lecturers’ feedback for after-programme review.

    • Keep track of all FASStrack related expenses and request for relevant info from Student Finance office to calculate programme finances.
       

2. FASStrack Youth Academy
Assist programme coordinator with administrative work and events from February 2026 onwards.

3. Student Exchange Programme (SEP)

    • Assist in verifying and consolidating application documents from students.

    • Keep track of students' submission and send reminders when required.

    • Provide administrative support for credit transfer.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
