All programmes are designed and developed in consultation with the industry to ensure relevance and currency.
About the Role
To augment our manpower resources in the School, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our Lifelong Education & Training (LET) as a Contingency Staff (Compliance).
Reporting to the Senior Executive, the incumbent shall assist in a wide range of administrative duties that would be needed to execute in an efficient and effective manner to support the smooth functioning of the unit’s compliance.
This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure NUS CET units adhere to all compliance requirements with all applicable institutional and governmental (SSG) regulations, and policies
• Assist and support in audits to identify potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities within the CET units
• Assist in collaborating with CET units to address compliance issues and promote a culture of compliance
• Support for all administrative matters, and any other duties, tasks, and responsibilities assigned by the department.
• Assist in response to matters related to grant and compliance management.
Requirements
Academic & Professional Certification
• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent preferred
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
Experience & Attributes
• Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
• Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset
• Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented and ambiguous work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience in scripting and RPA (in particular, Power Automate) an added advantage
