Job Description
- Populate quizzes and assessment items in Canvas LMS according to provided specifications and learning objectives.
- Perform quality checks on uploaded content to ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and alignment with educational standards.
- Create and edit generative AI images for the orthodontic visual perception training image bank, ensuring clinical accuracy and pedagogical relevance.
- Edit and format video transcripts for integration with AI-LLM systems, including timestamping, error correction, and structuring for machine readability.
- Maintain organised documentation of all created and edited resources.
- Liaise with module coordinators and the technology team to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level certification; GCE 'A' Level or Polytechnic Diploma preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Good general IT literacy and comfort with learning new software and digital platforms
- Experience with video editing software is advantageous
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail in repetitive tasks
- Good written communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn new technologies and workflows; on-the-job training will be provided for specificplatforms and tools (Canvas LMS, generative AI applications)
