Job Description

  • Populate quizzes and assessment items in Canvas LMS according to provided specifications and learning objectives.
  • Perform quality checks on uploaded content to ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and alignment with educational standards.
  • Create and edit generative AI images for the orthodontic visual perception training image bank, ensuring clinical accuracy and pedagogical relevance.
  • Edit and format video transcripts for integration with AI-LLM systems, including timestamping, error correction, and structuring for machine readability.
  • Maintain organised documentation of all created and edited resources.
  • Liaise with module coordinators and the technology team to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level certification; GCE 'A' Level or Polytechnic Diploma preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Good general IT literacy and comfort with learning new software and digital platforms
  • Experience with video editing software is advantageous
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail in repetitive tasks
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and workflows; on-the-job training will be provided for specificplatforms and tools (Canvas LMS, generative AI applications)
