1. Event Planning and Execution:
• Develop, plan, and execute a diverse range of hospitality and events management, including short term conference housing and student life events.
• Create detailed event timelines and oversee on-site coordination to guarantee smooth operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event and housing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with attendees, addressing inquiries and providing information about accommodations and event details.

 

2. Accommodation & Logistics:
• Collaborate with housing providers to secure suitable accommodations for event attendees.
• Manage room block reservations, negotiate rates, and logistics to ensure lodging arrangements align with the needs of guests.
• Coordinate all aspects of events, from venue selection and catering to audio-visual arrangements and transportation logistics.

 

3. Budget Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for events and housing, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and housing providers to optimize costs and services.

 

4. Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with events and housing arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during events.
