Job Description
You will be responsible for the programme management, administration and operations for Continuing Professional Education’s (CPE) Professional and Short courses for helping professionals. The duties will include:
- Process learners’ registration and liaise with learners for payment, funding application and etc.
- Oversee programme logistics (venue booking, set up and tear down, catering, printing of handouts and etc.)
- Provide admin support to instructors (simple editing of power point slides to follow NUS template, class attendance, trouble shoot with learners onsite or online etc.)
- Co-ordinate assessments including disseminating them and collating answers from learners
- Collate and review evaluation data
- Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with instructors and learners
- Maintain proper financial records of payment and funding paperwork
Support operational work flow and Any other duties
Qualifications

Prior experience working in Executive Education environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task and work independently
Social Science, Science, Business degree will be an advantage
