Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the smooth operation of the ABFER office and events
  • Provide logistical support for events and seminars of ABFER
  • Maintain documentation of ABFER
  • Assist in updating the website, contacts database and events registration
  • Assist in reports for management and audits

Qualifications

  • Preferably local graduates from local JCs or Polytechnics
  • Competent in MS Office (mainly in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Competent in using virtual platforms for events and meetings
  • Has to commit to work six months, from January to June 2025
  • Willingness to work long hours in May 2025
