Job Description

  • Compile statistics, quiz/personality test results, and scores
  • Coordinate interviews for the BBA admissions and scholarships, manage schedules and logistics
  • Prepare and maintain the assessment test centre, ensuring all resources are available and organized for the assessors and candidates
  • Manage the generic email account, answer queries from potential students, or forward queries as needed
  • Maintain accurate databases and interview documentation
  • Assist with event coordination for key marketing events like Open House, RNS Event, and Master Classes, including logistical support such as moving furniture or managing merchandise
  • Other relevant tasks may be assigned as needed by the Supervisor(s)

Qualifications

Qualifications: Graduates from local JCs and Polytechnics

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable dealing with numerical data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect with colleagues, applicants, and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, proactive and self-motivated approach and display ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
  • Must be able to commit to the entire duration of the contract
