Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Dining Services team.
• Assist in cross-checking billing data from the Dining App before submission to Finance.
• Prepare resident engagement materials such as posters, slides & other communication tools.
• Support food safety efforts by supporting hygiene audits and preparing reports.
• Assist in preparing documentation for Dining Contract extensions.
• Contribute to upcoming initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall dining experience for residents.
• Any other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum O’ level or equivalent 
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva 
• Basic understanding of the food and beverage industry
• Have good understanding of various technologies, tools, and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and attention to detail
• Able to work independently
